1. general The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the organization of all services and products from the website www.tizianosguerso.ch (organization only, not content). Registration takes place online and is binding. Cancellation or return of tickets (due to illness, inability to attend, etc.) is not possible. By registering, you accept the prices and terms and conditions. Participation in the seminars is voluntary. Each participant bears full responsibility for him/herself and his/her actions inside and outside the seminar. They are responsible for any damage caused. The organizer assumes no liability. We would like to point out that the seminar cannot replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Anyone undergoing therapy must clarify with their therapist in good time whether they can take part in the seminar. If you regularly take medication, especially psychotropic drugs, you must inform the relevant coach in advance. The participant undertakes to treat all information relating to the group process and the participants confidentially. Insurance is the responsibility of the participants. There is no recognition by health insurance companies.

2 Cancellation If the seminar is canceled by us, all payments made will be refunded in full.

4 Applicable law / place of jurisdiction The contract between the customer and the event provider Marc Welti GmbH is subject exclusively to Swiss law. Marc Welti GmbH assumes sole responsibility for the organization of the event, not for the content. Tiziano Sguerso is responsible for the content. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, unless mandatory legal provisions prescribe a different place of jurisdiction.
